Terms of Service

1. The service

forge lets you generate images, video and audio using third-party AI models. Output quality varies and may not match your prompt. We may add, change or remove models at any time.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Credits and plans

• Generations cost credits; the price is shown before you generate. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
• Plan credits are added each billing month and roll over while your account is open. Credit packs do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. They are forfeited if your account is closed for breaching these terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Your content

You own the prompts and images you upload and, to the extent the law allows, the outputs you generate, including for commercial use. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service (store, process and show your content to you). You must have the rights to anything you upload, including consent from any identifiable person.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We screen prompts and may refuse generations.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect.

8. Governing law

Payments in USD: laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Payments in INR: laws of India, courts of [city pending].
