• Generations that fail are refunded to your credit balance automatically.
• New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 7 days if you have used fewer than 10% of that period's credits.
• Credit packs can be refunded within 7 days if none of the pack has been used.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded, and your credits stay available.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
